  Luoyang Hongyuan Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2005, located in the Luoyang Airport Industrial Cluster, with more than 300 employees. With the development of precision bearings as the development direction, the company specializes in the research and development and manufacture of three series of precision rotary table bearings, cross roller bearings and robot reducer bearings. The precision grades are P2, P4 and P5, and the size range is φ20mm – φ2000mm. Continuous improvement and breakthrough in technology research and development and processing technology, improve the comprehensive performance of bearings, and break the long-term monopoly of similar foreign products in China. At present, it has occupied 80% of YRT rotary table bearing market and precision cross roller bearing market in China, 90%.     Our products are mainly used in high-precision CNC turntables, machine tool spindles, radars, direct drive motors, industrial robots, aerospace and other fields. The two types of market segments for product service are:
 
    1) High-end equipment industry: the key parts of high-end CNC machine tools - high-precision bearings for precision CNC turntables, machine tool spindles, indexing heads, and screw parts. Strategic cooperation customers include the world's largest machine tool companies, major domestic machine tool companies and military industrial enterprises.
 
    2) Industrial automation industry: industrial robot joint bearings, robot-specific harmonics and RV reducer bearings, direct drive motor bearings.

Our rotary table bearing has two years guarantee period. Our crossed roller bearing has one year guarantee period. If there is dirt, saw dust, please re-grease the bearing after you clean that with clean white oil. (2) When the operating temperature exceeds 80 degrees, please contact with Hongyuan. (3) If the bearings are used in the special operational environment of constant vibrations, dust free room, vacuum, low-temperature or high-temperature, please contact with Hongyuan.

Company History

2005:Luoyang hongyuan electromechanical technology co., LTD. Was established to develop and produce high-precision YRT series turntable bearings. 2006: the first set of YRT turntable bearing passed the acceptance of the customer. 2007: the first set of YRT turntable bearing samples were sent to Europe, and the research, development and production of high-precision cross roller bearings began. 2008: renamed luoyang hongyuan bearing technology co., LTD., DMG group came to luoyang hongyuan for investigation. 2009: establishment of standard measurement center. 2010: the first set of robot bearings passed the customer acceptance. 2011: passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, and several major European machine tool manufacturers to carry out in-depth cooperation. 2012: moved to a new factory (located in the industrial agglomeration area of luoyang airport), with an annual output of 50,000 sets of large-scale precision bearing projects put into production. 2014: established precision turntable bearing engineering technology research center. 2015: establish bearing testing center. 2016: identified as a high-tech enterprise. 2017: expand production scale, "replace machines", and establish bearing experiment center. 2018, the provincial precision turntable bearing engineering technology research center was established, and the 1500m squared high-precision bearing production building was established.
